This newly remodeled home in Evergreen belongs to a couple who were excited to grow their family and were surprised to find out they were having twins! This new development was a perfect excuse to start fresh in a new mountain home, especially with an Au Pair on the way. The main living area featured a new entry, hickory wood flooring, and an update to their gorgeous spiral staircase wrapping around a 3-level wood-burning fireplace column. The previously closed-off kitchen got a makeover complete with a new layout and some much-needed upgrades. The attic was the ideal spot for a play area for the kids, and the basement became a relaxing spot to watch their favorite movie.
